BASTARD!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy Anime’s Season 2 Announced on Netflix this Year. The Anime will premiere on Netflix worldwide in 2023.
In addition, the first PV and a teaser visual depicting the appearance of the unknown Dark Schneider have been released. Original author Hagiwara also sent us a newly drawn illustration to celebrate the production decision for the second season.
In addition, Takuma Terashima will play the role of Joshua Verahia, the samurai general of the former A-Ian-Meide country, who also appeared in the final episode of the first season. Shou Hayami plays the role of Nils Shawn Mifune, Junichi Suwabe plays the role of Yngwie von Malmsteen, the demon war general under Cal-Su, and Koji Yusa plays the role of Zeon Sol Vandenberg, one of the demon war generals.
The Story-
The kingdom of Metallicana is under attack from the Four Lords of Havoc. The new anime is titled Bastard!! Ankoku no Hakaishin: Jigoku no Chinkonka-hen (BASTARD!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy- Requiem of Hell Arc).
It began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) in 1988. The first season of the anime was released back in 2022.
