With summer 2022 shows starting to wrap up, fans are already looking ahead to the Fall 2022 anime releases. The upcoming new anime season contains a good amount of well-known characters both from recent and classic series.

While summer 2022 set the stage with titles such as Lycoris Recoil, Summer Time Rendering and Call Of the Night, the Fall 2022 anime lineup also seems littered with surefire hits. Continuations of household names such as Bleach and Mob Psycho100 exude confidence with their anticipated performance, while niche releases like Urusei Yatsura, Yowamushi Pedal: Limit Break and Mairimashita! Iruma-kun is sure to provide a fresh, exciting experience.
Here are ten upcoming Fall anime of 2022 to look forward to, ranked in no particular order.
1) Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War

The continuation of Bleach through the adaptation of the Thousand Year Blood War arc is probably the title-holder for the most eagerly awaited release from the Fall 2022 schedule. In an all-out conflict to determine the fate of all existence, Ichigo Kurosaki and his Soul Reaper comrades will face the Quincy kingdom of Wandenreich in Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, more than ten years after the original anime version of Bleach came to an end.
Watch the series as Ichigo Kurosaki returns for another visit to Soul Society and becomes embroiled in paranormal matters. This time, though, his adversary appears to be the mysterious Yhwach, who is a figure considerably more powerful than Aizen.
The show will air on October 10th, 2022.
2) To Your Eternity Season 2

One of the most loved anime of the Spring 2021 season was “To Your Eternity”, which is praised for its humane narrative and worldview. The second season of the wildly popular series is now scheduled to debut as one of the highlights of the Fall 2022 roster, despite changing animation studios.
The immortal entity Fushi is followed into Your Eternity after they banished themselves to a lonely island in quest of serenity following the previous season’s events. Fushi sets off on a new personal pursuit after being contacted by their enigmatic creator to save humanity from a species of dangerous monsters known as the Nokkers.
The show has been announced to release during the fall anime season.
3) Mairimashita! Iruma-kun 3rd Season

Suzuki Iruma, a human child, starts attending the demon school where “Grandpa” is the headmaster; after becoming the great demon Sullivan’s “grandson”, Iruma succeeds in his new setting, making friends and advancing in demon rank while conquering the terrifying challenges that are put in his path!
Additional difficulties are awaiting Iruma in the upcoming season. It’s harvest time, which means it’s time for the yearly exam in which pupils must venture into the vast and exceedingly dangerous forest to compete for food. What happens when rivalry amongst classmates ignites into a titanic struggle of strength and cunning?

4) Mob Psycho 100 Season 3

Returning for a third and possibly its last season comes Mob Psycho 100. The earlier seasons followed Mob as he struggled to control and manage his extraordinary abilities while living everyday life. Many people adore the show for its chaotic spectacle, character development, and high level of animation.
Shigeo “Mob” Kageyama finds himself at a turning point in his adolescent life after the wicked esper Toichiro Suzuki and his terrorist group Claw are vanquished. As the Psycho Helmet Cult that Mob unwittingly inspired into existence grows in number, the young psychic now has to decide what type of person he wants to be and what line of work he wants to get into. His mentor Arataka Reigen and his companions will always be by his side, so he won’t have to face them alone.

5) Spy x Family Season 1 Part 2

The first half of Spy x Family season 1 was one of the top blockbusters of the Spring 2022 anime season and seemed to gain popularity with each new episode and week. The show centres around Twilight, a mysterious spy for Westalis dispatched on a mission to Ostania, a nearby nation that may be a potential war foe. But his mission forces him to raise a family, which includes finding a wife and child.
Loid will need to seek the aid of his assassin wife Yor and psychic daughter Anya to get rid of the danger without exposing himself to enemy territory while not knowing the secret of his wife and daughter! This season also sees the debut of Bond, the Forger family’s devoted psychic dog.
The show will air on October 1st, 2022.
6) Golden Kamuy Season 4

The fourth season of Golden Kamuy will begin airing in the fall of 2022, continuing where season three left off. The series is highly lauded for its historically accurate depiction of Japan and the likeability of its core cast, which includes heroes and antagonists.
Golden Kamuy tells the tale of Saichi Sugimoto, a veteran of the Russo-Japanese War who is now searching for gold in Hokkaido. He discovers the map’s location on the body tattoos of escaped captives and the buried Ainu wealth when he eventually comes across the Ainu girl Asirpa.
Before departing to seek out the wealth for themselves, Asirpa and Sugimoto cooperate with various goals leading to retrieving the Ainu treasures.

7) Blue Lock

Based on the same-titled manga by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and Yusuke Nomura from 2018, Blue Lock follows several characters among over 300 of Japan’s greatest junior soccer players as they are made to compete for a spot on the national team while being imprisoned.
They will need to engage in a brutal winner-takes-all training tournament against one another to do this, though, if they want to advance and become the greatest. Yoichi Isagi, the main character, chooses to participate in the competition to surpass all other players worldwide.
The show will air on October 8th, 2022.
8) Urusei Yatsura

The second anime adaptation of the classic manga series by Rumiko Takahashi, Urusei Yatsura, will be adapted in Fall 2022. The plot revolves around Japanese teenager Ataru Moroboshi, a lecherous high school student who unintentionally marries Lum, an angry, blue-haired alien princess with lightning-firing horns on her head.
Ataru stumbles from one misadventure to the next with Shinobu, his real-life human girlfriend, and his buddies as he learns that the Oni are invading his planet. However, they choose to engage in a game of tag to battle over the planet rather than conquer it. The Oni are represented by Princess Lum, the leader of the Oni, while Ataru upholds humanity.
The show will air in October 2022.
9) Fuufu Ijou, Koibito Miman.

The plot takes place at a high school where students are required to live together in a fake relationship as part of the curriculum. In the customary “marriage training” class, Jiro Yakuin is partnered with Akari Watanabe, who is his polar opposite.
They move in together as a couple against Akari’s advice to earn the top performers’ privilege of exchanging pairings. To win points, they perform various tasks, such as the first kiss, but as. Still, ask now about one another’s personalities and viewpoints. They unwittingly become closer and start to appreciate one another.

10) Yowamushi Pedal: Limit Break

The action-packed series Yowamushi Pedal: Limit Break, which is centred on the world of bicycle racing, is entering its fifth season. The schedule for the fall of 2022 is the time it will air. Over the years, the series has subtly developed a cult following, earning plaudits from viewers for its successful integration of action and slice-of-life elements.
Sakamichi Onoda, the story’s main character, is an otaku who has just started high school and is eager to make friends through his new school’s anime club. But he discovers that the group has broken up. In the school’s bike racing club, Onoda finally ran into Shunsuke Imaizumi and Naruko, two other pupils.
Instead of resurrecting the anime club, the two persuaded Onoda to join their sports club, thus altering his high school career.
