Black Clover, a shonen anime that debuted in 2015 alongside popular titles like Jujutsu Kaisen and Demon Slayer, has quickly become a household name. With the manga coming to a close and the anime ending in 2021, fans have eagerly awaited news about the new movie, Black Clover: Sword of The Wizard King. Fortunately, a new trailer has arrived, providing a sneak peek at the upcoming anime film set to release this summer.

The movie will be animated by Studio Pierrot, known for its work on popular anime series such as Boruto: Naruto Next Generations and Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War. Studio Pierrot made headlines when it decided to put Boruto on hiatus. The upcoming Black Clover movie features an original storyline created by Yuki Tabata, the mangaka who brought Black Clover to life in the pages of Weekly Shonen Jump. The film marks the return of Asta, the main protagonist, to the big screen.

Black Clover fans won’t have to wait much longer for the movie’s release as it is set to hit Netflix on June 16th.
