A 37-year-old son instructed his 63-year-old mother to Spy on a woman bathing at a Public Bath in Nagoya, and both were arrested by the police.
Two people were arrested, Akinori Seki (37), who is unemployed and lives in Kita Ward, Nagoya City, and Satomi Seki (63), a company employee and mother.
According to the police, on December 30, 2018, the two conspired to take pictures of women bathing at a Public bathing facility in Moriyama Ward, Nagoya City, using a small camera. The staff of the Public Bath noticed Satomi Seki taking pictures of women’s using two small cameras hidden in a plastic basket. They caught her on the spot.

When the police arrested and investigated Satomi Seki, She stated, “My son ordered the voyeurism,” and as a result of further investigation, the suspicion that Akinori instructed the voyeurism increased. He was arrested. In response to the investigation, Seki denied some of the charges, saying, “I gave advice and instructions, but I didn’t conspire at all.”
