Solo Leveling, the popular webcomic created by DUBU (REDICE Studio), Chugong, and h-goon, is getting an anime adaptation. Shunsuke Nakashige will be directing the anime, with Noboru Kimura serving as the head writer. The character designs are being handled by Tomoko Sudo, and the music is being composed by Hiroyuki Sawano. The anime is being produced by A-1 Pictures, a renowned animation studio known for producing several popular anime series.

Story
Jinwoo Sung, an E-rank hunter known as the weakest among all mankind, struggles to contribute much to raids other than trying not to get killed. Despite his precarious situation, he has no choice but to keep risking his life to pay for his mother’s medical bills, his sister’s education, and his own lack of job prospects. When an opportunity arises for a bigger payout, he takes it, but soon finds himself facing a being whose power surpasses anything he’s ever encountered. With the party leader injured and the only healer paralyzed with fear, Jinwoo must somehow find a way out of the perilous situation they’re in.
