The anime is being directed by Mitsutoshi Satō, known for works such as “Sakura no Chikai” and “Saikyō Kamizmode!”, and produced by project No.9. Keiichirō Ōchi, Yasuko Aoki, and Satoru Sugizawa are the scriptwriters for the series. The character designs are being drawn by Hayato Hashiguchi and Hiromi Ogata, who previously worked on “The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting”. The music is composed by Sumika Horiguchi.
Shinozaki is an office worker who is taken care of and coddled by his senior team member Shiori Katase, who is a gorgeous, profoundly kind, loving, and diminutive woman. Shinozaki certainly hopes that she’s not doing it out of duty… but her joy of doing so increasingly exposes her feelings!
The manga “Story of a Small Senior in My Company” was first published by Saisou on Takeshobo’s Storia Dash web manga service in April 2020. The fifth compiled volume of the manga was released by Takeshobo in October 2022, with the sixth volume set to be published on April 17.
