The upcoming anime adaptation of the light novel series “Sweet Reincarnation” has revealed its first full trailer, as well as the additional voice, cast members. Studio Synergy SP is in charge of the animation, with Naoyuki Kuzuya directing the series. A teaser trailer was previously released, announcing a July 2023 premiere date.

The original light novel series, “Okashi na Tensei: Saikyou Patissier Isekai Kourin”, is written by Nozomu Koryu with illustrations by Yasuyuki Shuri. It first began as a web novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in 2015, and was later adapted into a manga series by Midori Tomizawa and Seriko Iida in 2017. The English version of the manga is licensed by J-Novel Club. The series follows the story of a pastry chef who reincarnates into a fantasy world and uses his baking skills to create delicious sweets while navigating his new life.
