Tokyo Revengers anime has been confirmed to be renewed for a third season, which will be adapting the Tenjiku Arc. The previous season, Tokyo Revengers: Christmas Showdown Arc, was the second installment. The teaser video and visual for the new season are now available.

The show’s second season concluded recently, airing its 13th episode exclusively on Disney+. Along with the announcement of the Tokyo Revengers: Tenjiku Arc (Season 3).

There are also new cast members joining the series. Izana Kurokawa and Kanji Mochizuki will be portrayed by Nobunaga Shimazaki and Tetsu Inada, respectively.

Tokyo Revengers is a popular Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Ken Wakui. The story follows Takemichi Hanagaki, a depressed and unemployed man who learns that his ex-girlfriend and her brother were killed by the Tokyo Manji Gang. In a twist of fate, Takemichi travels back in time to his middle school days, giving him the chance to change the future and save his loved ones.

The manga has been serialized in Weekly Shōnen Magazine since March 2017 and has been collected into 24 tankōbon volumes as of September 2021. The anime adaptation, produced by Liden Films, premiered in April 2021 and has been licensed for streaming in various countries. The first season adapted the first 69 chapters of the manga, while the second season covered the Christmas Showdown Arc.

The series has gained a large following due to its unique plot and well-developed characters. It deals with themes of friendship, loyalty, and the consequences of one’s actions. Fans of the series praise its engaging storyline, emotional moments, and impactful character development.
